Anatomy Trains Structural Integration uses an in depth understanding of myofascial relationships and anatomical specificity to improve postural awareness, balance, whole body relationships and increase movement capacity.
Fascia has your ability to detect where you are in time and space, hold pain and connect to your body. Is the foot talking with the knee, the knee the hip and so on. By using myofascial techniques and your movement, we are a partners reconnecting you back to your body. Structural integration is taught with the premise that there are 12 fascial lines that hold patterns within the body based on injuries, movement, and emotional history. Through either a series of 3 or 12 sessions, navigate each line that is contributing to patterns within the body.
This session is a focused on utilizing all the knowledge, skills, tools available to create a specific outcome.
Post surgery, pre surgery, movement limitation, pains and so on.
These sessions are typically a single serving event. I work hard to graduate my clients to where they do not need me through structural integration. These sessions are considered tune ups.
